The last issue of the Gothic Society’s magazine “Udolpho” was in December 1998. It began with a Funeral Oration, written by the Managing Editor, Jennie Gray (latterly Jennie Mack Gray), in which she gave a potted history of the Society before ruthlessly consigning it to oblivion.
